**Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any new Medicare patients unless a family member of a current patient.**

Medicare note:  Recently our integrity was called into question about accepting new Medicare patients.  Most clinics in the area will kick their patients out of their practice when they hit 65 - as most clinics in this are do not accept Medicare.  The patients are then forced to find a new physician.  Not long ago (2009) a Medicare only senior health clinic closed because of the reimbursement issues with Medicare.  We became quickly overwhelmed with new Medicare patients.  In order for us to not "kick out" existing patients we are listed as being on the list of Medicare supplemental insurances as we still accept those insurances.  We are not able to keep taking on new Medicare patients.  If this is deemed as age discrimination by anyone, then we will agree to disagree on that issue.  We feel that we are doing more for the Medicare population than many health care providers, given the realities of our current health care system.
