Dr. Kenneth LeCroy, MD

Dr. LeCroy graduated from Dallas Christian High School in Mesquite, Texas before pursuing his undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University. He majored in English with a minor in history. During this time, he fulfilled the pre-requisites for medical school, and studied at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, graduating with honors. His Family Practice residency was spent in Corpus Christi from 1996-1999. Drs. Kenneth and Tara LeCroy met in San Antonio during medical school. They married in 1996, and moved to Corpus Christi for their residency in Family Practice. After completing residency, they moved to the Mid-cities area in 1999 and have lived in Colleyville since 2004. They have three children and a variety of pets. In 2009 Tara LeCroy retired from medicine to stay at home full-time.


Amanda Moore, DC

Amanda Moore has been with us since 2007. She lives in Colleyville with her husband Jason and three daughters. When not working she enjoys spending time on her family farm. After attending Texas A&M Commerce she went on to receive her doctorate at Parker College of Chiropractic.
Nicole Howell, FNP

Nicole Howell has been with Lighthouse Family Medicine since 2005. She lives in Coppell with her husband John and three children. She is an avid runner and loves to travel. She attended Abilene Christian University for three years then transferred to Harding University where she graduated with her degree in Nursing. She practiced in the hospital setting for three years then decided to pursue further education at Baylor University where she obtained her Masters in Nursing to become a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Valerie McEwin has been with us since 2012. She has twin boys. She graduated from Texas A&M before getting her Physician Assistant degree from UNT Health Science Center in Fort Worth.


Katherine McNaughton, FNP-C

Katherine received her undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma and her Nurse Practitioner Training at the University of Texas at Arlington.
